Royalty-free footage and video clips can be used in commercial projects created for yourself, your employer or your client, with the following exceptions:

• Footage containing or depicting any trademarks, recognizable logos, identifiable brands, names and properties cannot be used for commercial purposes, but can be used for editorial use and fair use purposes, such as news reporting, criticism, commentary, or parody.
• Footage of persons (models and actors) cannot be used in any way that can be considered humiliating, offensive, defamatory, deceptive, libelous, obscene, or illegal.
• Footage of persons (models and actors) also cannot be used in connection with any subjects that can be considered pornographic, immoral, criminal, related to physical or mental disorders, related to tobacco products, or endorsing political parties.

Rights granted by this license are non-transferable.
